Our company has been engaged in the design and manufacturing of various types of T-dies and round dies for extrusion molding, including single-layer and multi-layer general-purpose resins, engineering plastics, and fluororesins for many years. In the evaluation of the surface condition and wall thickness accuracy of round die products, it was conventional to adjust the inner lip, which inevitably created steps.
